I’m Nathan Tiber, founder of Nathan’s Detailing, with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in mobile detailing, vehicle protection, dealership reconditioning, and quality control. I share practical advice based on the real vehicles and detailing challenges my team and I handle across Northeast Ohio while putting smiles on people’s faces, one vehicle at a time.

Nathan’s Automotive Detailing, a Northeast Ohio company providing mobile car detailing, vehicle protection services and dealership support, has been recognized as one of Crain’s Cleveland Business’ 2026 Best Places to Work in Ohio. For a company founded in 2002 and built around serving drivers, dealership partners and communities across Northeast Ohio, the recognition reflects the people and workplace culture behind every service.

A recognition informed by employees

The Best Places to Work in Ohio program is presented by Crain’s Cleveland Business and Best Companies Group. It is a research-driven program that examines participating employers’ practices, programs and benefits while also surveying employees about their workplace experience.

That employee perspective is what makes this recognition especially meaningful. A workplace is not defined only by what leadership says about it. It is shaped by how people experience the culture, teamwork, communication and opportunities around them every day.

The people behind Nathan’s Detailing

Nathan’s Detailing began in 2002 and has grown into a multi-division automotive care company serving Northeast Ohio. Today, our teams provide mobile car detailing at customers’ homes and workplaces, install ceramic coatings, paint protection film and window tint at our Bedford-area protection studio, and support automotive dealerships through dedicated reconditioning and staffing solutions.

Equipment, products and processes matter, but people are what make dependable service possible. Detailers, installers, coordinators, managers and dealership team members each contribute to the experience customers and partners receive.

Our core values in daily work

The recognition reinforces the values Nathan’s has worked to build into its culture:

  • Be a Good Human: Treat customers, coworkers and community members with care and respect.
  • Honesty and Integrity: Communicate clearly, take responsibility and do what is right.
  • Be a Student: Continue learning, improving skills and strengthening our processes.
  • Be Professional: Respect people’s vehicles, time, property and expectations.
  • Be a Team Player: Support one another and understand that excellent work is rarely achieved alone.
  • We Are Fun: Build a workplace where high standards and positive energy can exist together.

These values are not separate from customer service. They influence how appointments are coordinated, how vehicles are handled, how teams communicate and how problems are resolved.

What this means for job candidates

For someone considering a career in automotive detailing, vehicle protection or dealership reconditioning, the award provides independent context about the organization behind the job listing. Nathan’s offers opportunities to learn practical automotive-care skills, work alongside experienced professionals and contribute within a growing Northeast Ohio company.

We want people who care about craftsmanship, reliability, learning and treating others well. Experience is valuable, but character, consistency and willingness to improve are equally important.

What it means for customers and business partners

A Best Places to Work recognition is an employment and culture distinction—not a replacement for service certifications, customer reviews or workmanship evidence. Its value to customers and business partners is different: it provides another signal that Nathan’s is investing in the people and organizational culture required to deliver consistent work at scale.

For individual vehicle owners, that means being served by a team operating around shared standards. For dealership partners, it supports confidence in the company’s ability to recruit, develop and coordinate people across demanding automotive environments.

Thank you to the Nathan’s team

This recognition belongs to the people who perform the work every day. We are grateful to every team member who has contributed ideas, supported coworkers, served customers and helped Nathan’s grow.

Being named one of Crain’s Cleveland Business’ 2026 Best Places to Work in Ohio is an important milestone, but it is also a responsibility. We will continue listening, learning and working to build a company where people can take pride in what they do and how they do it.
