Choose the least intensive Nathan’s mobile detailing package that fully solves the condition you actually care about. If the cabin is the main problem and the exterior already looks acceptable, start with Premium Interior. If you want the interior and exterior reset together, Premium Complete is our current most-popular package. If you also want clay decontamination, high-gloss machine polishing and broader ceramic protection, Platinum Complete is the correct mobile step up. Vehicle size changes the current price, while extra-heavy soil or pet hair adds additional work. For current prices and exact inclusions, always use our live mobile detailing package page.
What mobile detailing packages do we currently offer?
Our current mobile lineup has three main package levels, each built around a different service goal.
Premium Interior Detail
Best fit: the cabin is the main problem and the exterior does not need a complete detail.
Current inclusions include a full interior vacuum, cracks/crevices/vents, dash/doors/console/trim, cloth/leather/vinyl seats, steam-cleaned stains, interior glass and final finishing.
Premium Complete Detail
Best fit: you want both the cabin and exterior refreshed in one appointment.
It includes Premium Interior plus exterior foam bath/hand wash, wheels and tires, bug/tar/road-film removal, door jambs, exterior glass and Premium wax advertised for up to three months.
Platinum Complete Detail
Best fit: the vehicle needs the complete detail plus deeper paint preparation, gloss improvement and stronger temporary protection.
It adds clay decontamination, high-gloss machine polish, ceramic rain repellent, wheel protection, fabric guard, leather protection and ceramic wax advertised for up to nine months.
Prices and package contents can change. Use our live mobile car detailing packages and pricing for the current commercial offer before booking.
What is the fastest way to choose the right package?
Start with the condition you want changed, then decide whether that condition exists inside, outside or across the whole vehicle.
Choose Premium Interior when the cabin is the main problem
Premium Interior is the clearest starting point when the exterior is already acceptable and the problem is inside the vehicle.
That can include:
- Loose debris in seats, carpets, mats or cargo areas
- Dust in cracks, crevices and vents
- Dirty dash, door panels, console and trim
- Soiled cloth, leather or vinyl seating
- Light-to-moderate stain treatment within the package scope
- Dirty interior glass
Our current page describes Premium Interior as a deep interior detail for daily driven vehicles. It does not include exterior washing or exterior protection. citeturn524883search1
Our live package-inclusions guide explains why an interior-only service can be the better decision when the cabin is the actual problem.
Choose Premium Complete when you want the whole vehicle refreshed
Premium Complete is our current Most Popular mobile package because it combines the full Premium Interior process with the exterior work most daily-driven vehicles need.
In addition to the interior work, it currently adds:
- Exterior foam bath and hand wash
- Wheel and tire cleaning and dressing
- Bug, tar and road-film removal
- Door-jamb cleaning
- Exterior window cleaning
- Premium wax protection advertised for up to three months
- Final inspection and touch-ups
Choose Platinum Complete when the paint and protection goal is higher
Platinum Complete is not simply “Premium Complete but more expensive.” It changes the exterior process.
Our current Platinum package adds clay decontamination treatment and a high-gloss machine polish before the broader ceramic-protection package. It currently also includes ceramic rain repellent on exterior glass, ceramic wheel protection, Ceramic Fabric Guard, ceramic leather protection and ceramic wax advertised for up to nine months. citeturn745568view0
| If this matters to you… | Premium Complete | Platinum Complete |
|---|---|---|
| Interior + exterior cleaning | Yes | Yes |
| Wax protection | Premium wax, up to 3 months | Ceramic wax, up to 9 months |
| Clay decontamination | Not listed | Included |
| Machine polishing | Not listed | High-gloss machine polish included |
| Exterior glass protection | Glass cleaned | Ceramic rain repellent included |
| Wheel protection | Wheels/tires cleaned and dressed | Ceramic wheel protection added |
| Fabric / leather protection | Not listed as protection | Ceramic Fabric Guard + ceramic leather protection |
How should vehicle condition affect your choice?
The package should respond to what is wrong with the vehicle—not just how old it is.
| Vehicle condition | Best starting package | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Exterior already looks good; cabin is dirty | Premium Interior | Avoids buying exterior work the vehicle does not currently need. |
| Cabin and exterior both need a reset | Premium Complete | Combines full interior work with the normal exterior wash, wheels, road-film removal and wax. |
| Paint feels rough / bonded contamination is a concern | Platinum Complete | Clay decontamination is specifically included. |
| Paint needs more gloss and light refinement | Platinum Complete | Includes a high-gloss machine polish. |
| Heavy pet hair / unusually dirty cabin | Choose the package by scope + Extra Dirty/Pet Hair | The +$59 condition add-on supplies additional time/tools but does not change the core package purpose. |
| Deep scratches / serious paint defects | Do not choose by mobile package name alone | Platinum includes a high-gloss polish, but deeper correction may require a separate paint-condition conversation. |
| Rock-chip protection is the goal | PPF conversation, not a mobile-detail upgrade | Wax and ceramic wax do not provide the physical film protection of PPF. |
| Multi-year coating is the goal | Professional ceramic coating conversation | Platinum ceramic wax is separate from our studio-installed multi-year coatings. |
If your goal has moved beyond normal mobile-detail scope, our live detailing vs ceramic coating guide explains when temporary mobile protection and professional multi-year coating become different decisions.
How should your goal affect the package choice?
| Your main goal | Package to start with | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Make the cabin comfortable and presentable again | Premium Interior | The goal is inside the vehicle, so exterior processes add little value. |
| Get the whole daily driver clean at once | Premium Complete | Interior + exterior + wheels + glass + temporary wax protection. |
| Prepare the car for an event, sale or stronger visual presentation | Premium Complete or Platinum depending on paint condition | If washing/wax is enough, Premium Complete fits; if bonded contamination/gloss improvement matters, Platinum adds those steps. |
| Improve gloss and remove bonded contamination | Platinum Complete | Clay and machine polishing are specifically included. |
| Get broader temporary ceramic protection | Platinum Complete | Current package includes ceramic wax plus glass, wheel, fabric and leather protection. |
| Install multi-year paint protection | Separate ceramic-coating service | A professional coating is a different preparation/application/cure system. |
| Protect from stone chips / road debris | Separate PPF service | Physical impact protection requires film, not a detailing-package upgrade. |
How should budget affect the decision?
Budget matters, but the most useful question is not “Which package is cheapest?” It is “What is the least expensive package that actually contains the processes I need?”
| Current package | Small | Medium | Large | Main value jump |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Premium Interior | $239 | $259 | $289 | Deep cabin reset without buying exterior work. |
| Premium Complete | $299 | $339 | $379 | Adds full exterior wash/finish and up-to-3-month Premium wax. |
| Platinum Complete | $499 | $549 | $599 | Adds clay, machine polish and broader ceramic protection. |
At current pricing, moving from Premium Interior to Premium Complete adds $60 for a small vehicle, $80 for a medium vehicle and $90 for a large vehicle. The relevant question is whether the exterior work and wax are worth that difference for the vehicle in front of you.
Moving from Premium Complete to Platinum adds $200, $210 or $220 by the same size categories. That step is justified when you actually value the added decontamination, machine polishing and ceramic-protection processes—not simply because Platinum is the top package.
How should available time affect the package choice?
Use available time as a constraint, not as the primary way to choose the package.
Our current mobile detailing process guide says appointment time depends on vehicle size, condition, contamination level, selected package and location. There is no reliable universal duration for every vehicle.
Platinum contains more process stages than Premium Complete, and Premium Complete contains more work than Premium Interior, but we should not turn that into a made-up fixed duration per package.
| If your schedule is… | Best action |
|---|---|
| Flexible | Choose entirely by vehicle condition and desired result. |
| Limited to a specific window | Tell us the available window before booking so we can confirm whether the vehicle/package fit. |
| Very short | Do not downgrade blindly; confirm whether the required result can realistically be completed in that window. |
| Vehicle has heavy soil, pet hair or unusual contamination | Expect condition to affect labor regardless of package name. |
How does vehicle size affect the package decision?
Vehicle size changes current package pricing because the amount of cabin, glass, bodywork, wheels and cargo area changes. It does not change which package objective is correct.
Our live mobile page currently groups:
- Small: most two-door coupes, convertibles and four-door sedans
- Medium: most crossovers, small trucks and small SUVs
- Large: most three-row vehicles, large trucks, SUVs and minivans
A large SUV with a clean exterior and dirty cabin can still be a Premium Interior decision. A small coupe with bonded paint contamination and a gloss/protection goal can still be a Platinum decision.
For vehicle-size classification, use the definitions on our verified main package page. Those current size categories control pricing regardless of whether the vehicle is a sedan, crossover, truck, SUV or minivan.
What if the car only needs exterior work?
Our current main mobile-detailing page lists Premium Interior, Premium Complete and Platinum Complete as the three primary mobile package choices. It does not currently list a standalone exterior-only package in that package table. citeturn945011search0
That means we should not invent an exterior-only package in an educational article. If your interior already meets your standard and your only goal is exterior work, check the current package page or contact us so the actual current option can be confirmed.
When is the +$59 Extra Dirty / Pet Hair charge relevant?
It is a condition adjustment, not a fourth package.
Our current package page lists Extra Dirty / Pet Hair at +$59 under all three package levels for additional time and tools. That means the base package should still be chosen by service scope.
| Situation | Package decision | Condition decision |
|---|---|---|
| Interior-only + heavy pet hair | Premium Interior | Add Extra Dirty / Pet Hair when applicable. |
| Complete vehicle + heavy pet hair | Premium Complete | Add Extra Dirty / Pet Hair when applicable. |
| Platinum paint/protection goal + heavy interior condition | Platinum Complete | Add Extra Dirty / Pet Hair when applicable. |
The add-on does not promise removal of every permanent stain, odor, defect or embedded condition. Our service terms explain that results still depend on material, age, contamination, previous damage and selected service scope.
When should you not simply upgrade to Platinum?
Platinum is the deepest mobile package we currently list, but some goals belong outside the mobile package ladder.
| Your problem | Why Platinum may not be the final answer | Better next conversation |
|---|---|---|
| Deep scratches / failed clear coat | High-gloss polishing cannot safely repair every defect. | Paint-condition / correction assessment |
| Want years of coating protection | Platinum uses ceramic wax advertised up to nine months, not a multi-year coating installation. | Professional ceramic coating |
| Want stone-chip protection | Ceramic wax and machine polishing do not create a physical impact barrier. | Paint protection film |
| Body damage / dents / failing paint | Detailing improves cleanable/finish conditions; it is not body repair. | Appropriate body/paint repair provider |
Use this package-selection scorecard
| Your answer | Premium Interior | Premium Complete | Platinum Complete |
|---|---|---|---|
| My main concern is the cabin. | Strong fit | Only if exterior also needs work | Usually unnecessary unless exterior goals justify it |
| I want both inside and outside refreshed. | Too narrow | Strong fit | Choose only if added paint/protection steps matter |
| I want wax protection. | Not included | Premium wax up to 3 months | Ceramic wax up to 9 months |
| The paint feels rough / needs clay. | No | Clay not listed | Strong fit |
| I want machine-polish gloss improvement. | No | Not listed | Strong fit |
| I want ceramic protection on multiple surfaces. | No | No listed ceramic package | Strong fit |
| I want multi-year coating. | No | No | No — separate studio coating |
| I want chip protection. | No | No | No — separate PPF service |
What should you verify before you schedule?
- Your vehicle size category: small, medium or large
- Whether your main goal is interior-only or complete vehicle care
- Whether bonded contamination or machine polishing matters to you
- Whether temporary wax/ceramic-wax protection is enough for your ownership goal
- Whether extra-heavy soil or pet hair is present
- Whether you have a fixed appointment window that needs to be confirmed
- Whether existing PPF, coating, wrap, matte paint or previous repair changes the process
- Whether your actual goal is a separate ceramic coating or PPF service
After the service, our live post-detail inspection guide shows how to evaluate the finished work against the package you booked.
Which Nathan’s detailing package should you choose?
Premium Interior: choose it when the cabin is the problem and the exterior already meets your goal.
Premium Complete: choose it when you want a full interior-and-exterior reset with wheel/tire care, road-film removal and temporary wax protection. It is our current most-popular mobile package.
Platinum Complete: choose it when you want all of Premium Complete plus clay decontamination, high-gloss machine polishing and the broader ceramic-protection package.
If none of those descriptions matches your goal, do not force the vehicle into the wrong package. Our package guide explains the boundaries, and our contact page lets us confirm the current option for your vehicle.
Still deciding between Premium Interior, Premium Complete and Platinum?
Tell us your vehicle size, what bothers you most, what result you want, whether pet hair/heavy soil is present and whether you care about paint gloss or longer temporary protection. We can match the condition to the current package instead of simply recommending the highest tier.
